How we’re set up
A holding company. CDD Holdings owns membership interests in its operating subsidiaries and capitalizes them with cash, equipment and assets as they grow.
A services company. We charge management, administrative and service fees under written agreements, to subsidiaries, affiliates and third-party clients alike.
Clear separation. Each entity keeps its own bank accounts, books and records. Payments between entities reference the agreement behind them.
Fair terms in writing. Subleases, sublicenses and service agreements are documented and priced at fair market value.
